Barry A. Barnette has a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting from Winthrop University, and is a lifelong resident of the state of South Carolina. He takes great pride in being well versed in all areas of investment planning and enjoys making retirement planning “people friendly.”

Barry’s training and experience has helped him gain extensive knowledge in the area of investment planning which includes the growing of assets through asset management, retirement planning techniques, preservation and distribution of wealth, reducing financial risk and helping protect assets from catastrophic illness and events. With over 19 years of industry experience, he enjoys helping his clients take more control of their retirement future, not only from a standpoint of maximizing opportunities, but by doing it using the most tax-advantaged method available while still keeping the plan as simple as possible to understand.

His primary objective is to help each client maximize each and every dollar in the most simple, effective, and tax efficient method while reducing risk as much as possible. He accomplishes this through his experience of a blend of financial services that are specific to each client’s personal situation.
